As a result of a lack of space for storage, rehearsal studios, changing rooms, workshops and offices, a temporary, single-storey roof construction is to be built on top of the extension at the corner of Utoquai and Falkenstrasse in the summer of 2024. EM2N’s project design proposes a timber structure that values flexibility, functionality, reusability and an architecture appropriate to the context.
