The highrises ‘Bigboy’ and ‘Tender’, connected by the five-storey ‘Tender Block’, comprise 207 rental and owner-occupied apartments as well as hybrid residential and work functions in the two-storey ground floor zone. The three individual buildings that are moved beside each other form a conglomerate with the converted ‘Halle Draisine’ along a narrow courtyard in Winterthur's Lokstadt a new urban district with an industrial past.
