The project by the consortium EM2N and ROBERTNEUN™ awarded first prize in the international, two-stage competition with an anonymous procedure for the administrative building for European Stability Mechanism (ESM) and Luxembourg State on the Kirchberg. The exhibition of the evaluated competition entries can be viewed from 22 April 2022 to 6 May 2022 on weekdays from 8 am to 12 pm and 2 to 5 pm at the premises of the Fonds d’urbanisation et d’aménagement du Plateau de Kirchberg, at Rue Erasme 4 in Luxembourg.
